WHAT can be returned?
All unused, undamaged products can be returned. Incorrectly chosen colours or colours that were not what was expected, can be returned but at the expense of the customer. nicetohave will not be liable for shipping either way.

*COLOUR MATCH DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: Please note that true colours may vary from the colour display on-line. Despite our best efforts to provide a universal colour display, colours may not be as exact. 

We cannot guarantee that the Gel Nail Polish you receive will match the colour of the product image as it appears on your screen. All screens and settings vary and this affects the colour you perceive. Please be aware of this when ordering. Should you however want to return an incorrect colour tone, we will credit the item once we have received it back from you and after having determined its usage.  

Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from date of the customer receiving the order  and we will only accept exchanges on these conditions:

  1. The product is brand new, sealed and unused.
  2. Incorrect or wrong colour tone. Item must be returned unused.
  3. PLEASE NOTE: The shipping for the returning of  the unwanted or unused item is at the expense of the customer. Bluesky Cosmetics will not be liable for shipping either way. Sender is responsible for the cost of shipping back to Bluesky Cosmetics.
  4. R95.00 shipping charge will apply to resend exchanged products*.

*All our warranties are carry in. We will be responsible for shipping costs for product exchanges due to manufacture defect one way only. Faulty items must be returned to our offices at customers expense and we will ship back the new or repaired item at our expense. 

WHERE do items need to be returned to? Customers need to email Bluesky Shellac at info@nicetohave.com requesting a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). The customer will receive an authorization number and the return address that the product needs to be sent to.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Customers have 7 days from receiving an item to contact us about making a return.

HOW do customers return items?
If a return is approved the customer should package the item(s) safely and send them via a mail service of their choice. A note including the customer’s name, contact information and RAN should be included with all returns.

SHIPPING for returns?
If a customer has changed their mind or no longer wants a product they will be liable for any return shipping costs. In a case where a return is required through no fault of the customer return shipping will be covered or arranged by Bluesky Cosmetics.

CREDIT for returns?
A customer has two options when returning an item.

(a) They can request a refund for the items (A refund will not be applied until all approved items are received by Bluesky, inspected and deemed eligible.)

(b) The customer can elect to have an alternative product sent.

In-store return option?
All customers have the option to return items bought online in person.

Packing materials?
All items should be returned unopened in their original packaging.
